Gold

Gold. Such a luxurious colour! I love it; it works so well with so many other colours. It's so compatible. It's great with pinks, peaches, black, white, blues and greens.

I think it's such a wonderful wedding colour. Plus it's so easy (and cheap) to spray items gold to match your theme. And no one would know all you'd done was buy a can a spray paint! Or you can get some glue and some gold glitter... Fantastic results!

As for gold dresses; if you get them right they can look amazing. Just don't go to overboard on the sequins and you'll be ok. And as for the gold wedding cakes! Wow.
