The weather is finally starting to look up and the first thing I think of when I see sunshine is the beach! I always remember being little and going along the sand collecting different seashells in my bucket to take home. And brides to be, this is something you can take back up again! A lot of people are looking for alternatives to floral bouquets, and one of my favourite alternatives are seashells. Artisitc and creative, every bouquet can look completely different, whether using shells alone, or combining with buttons or flowers. And you can even have matching buttonholes for the groom! Perfect for a summer theme, as well as seaside and nautical themes.
There are 2 ways of doing this. One if to craft these little beauties yourself. With so many wedding DIY sites available, you can get stuck in to making your very own bouquet. The other option is to buy them. Various sites and shops are available who make and sell these at a much more grandeur level (check out Ebay and Etsy).
