Now I know it's very rare to have the kind of snow that grounded the U.K last year but nevertheless if a standstill occurs in the build up to your big day what would you do?
My answer ?
Is to have a snow contingency plan in place !
If your able to stay at your venue the night before phone them up and check what there availability is so guests can travel down early,
It also means you will be able to use the full facilities of the venue or benefit from the spa facility's or the guys can pump it out in the gym !
Check that your venue uses sources from the local area and have made the relevant arrangements to get things shipped in from afar.
Ensure the flowers and cake are delivered in time to the venue
Make sure that you have plenty facilities to defrost cars and modes of transports
So will snow be affecting your big day ?
I love snow at weddings, the memories of frolicking in the snow and capturing the falling snow on camera can make the perfect day, the twinkling fairy lights and the perfect Snow White vision really can be a fairy tail !
