''I have been making and decorating cakes for 12 years, I started as a hobby while working full time making cakes for friends and family. The recommendations grew by word of mouth and I became so busy I started my full time cake decorating business 3 years ago. I cover a vast area and offer free deliver within 25 miles of my home, I get alot of business from the March, Wisbech and Kings Lynn area, also Huntingdon and St Neots. I have delivered cakes to Braintree in Essex and High Wycombe. Any delivery over 25 miles does incur a delivery charge to cover petrol.
All cakes are individually priced to the requirements of the customer, the basic price is for vanilla sponge and the speciality flavours are £10 per cake extra. I do not use flavourings in my cakes, everything is natural so raspberry ripple is pureed fresh raspberries in the sponge and also in the buttercream, my lemon cake is made with homemade lemon curd swirled into the cake and buttercream also. This is the reason they incur a £10 extra charge. Rich fruit cakes are £20 extra as I feed them every 2 weeks from being baked with brandy''

They believe that their customers should have choice, variety and individuality in their choice of cakes and cookies, as well as the usual vanilla or chocolate sponge associated with cakes, Cathy offer a premium range of over 30 flavours to tantalise your tastebuds and to suit every occasion. These are primarily designed for the cupcakes or muffins but could be used for a larger cake if required. All cakes are nut free unless specified, but are made in a kitchen using bowls that may have used nuts in previously although they are thoroughly washed in a dishwasher after each use. She also specialise in gluten free cakes and cookies in the majority of flavours.
