My top tips for your vintage wedding !!

Here I have created a list for all you vintage b2b ! A few simple ideas that can make all the difference to your big day.

* When looking for a vintage dress, you should have a good dress maker on hand, vintage dresses can be a lot smaller in the sixes than dresses nowadays so don't be alarm if you have to buy bigger to get the perfect fit!

* Boogie on down to some vintage classics by hiring out a gramophone! the perfect vintage entertainment.

* Looking for a perfect colour scheme? Then look no more, pale pastel colours and nude suit the vintage look best and co-ordinate with pearls,

* Check out your local charity shops and antique shops Aladdin's Cave in Norwich has some amazing vintage style dresses for your bridesmaids

* Style your vintage wedding with props, either hire a specialist company or search your local car boots!

* Vintage hair is so pretty and suits most face shapes ! choose from the loose Bohemian locks of the 70's with a beautiful floral headband or to the waves of the 30-40's my favourite !! And dont for get that birdcage veil for the ultimate vintage look !!

* As well as your hair match in your make up with bright red lips and deep brown eyes and sweeping eyeliner,

* With your flowers have the bridesmaids wear wrist bands with ivory roses threaded on a nude strap,

*  Use vintage china and diy wedding decorations for enchanting table settings, gold will add the vintage look,

*  Choose calligraphy for your place settings, or begin your wedding experience in beautiful style by having a calligrapher scribe your invites and envelopes for you! Calligraphers will even create bespoke maps for your venue – in a creative and vintage style.

* Vintage inspired weddings are all about crafts and DIY, and as you know I love a good excuse to get the girls together or with your hubby to be creating gorgeous invites, bunting, wishing trees and place settings. Shopping in the  little antique stores for brooches and vases will be a great adventure to share!

* Think outside the box about wedding decorations: visit antique and junk stores, collect music papers and old postcards to create your wedding table plan. use the internet to see examples of suitcases, bicycles and window frames used as a backdrop for gorgeous seating plans!
