Shelly Watts Works in a small workshop in Suffolk. Learning the art of silversmithing 6 years ago, gave Shelly a hobby and a second career, that was a huge leap from her administrating job.
Shelly specialises in sterling silver and likes to incorporate gold (which she recycles from her clients unwanted items), copper and freshwater pearls.
''I like to make and design each piece individually so that it is unique, part of the enjoyment is to see each piece evolve. My jewellery is not precise or perfectly tooled, I will leave that to the jewellery shops, but it is raw, bespoke and interestingly different''.
