Who Should Pay? The budget Debate!

Good morning,
 A good friend of mine has recently got engaged, and said to me that she really doesn't know how she will afford to get married with the pressures of everyday life.  Her mum has offered to pay for a few items, but she feels reluctant to let her pay for things.
It raised a point in my mind as to 'Should parents pay for our weddings'??
We would all love the answer to be yes, so today I bring you a guide on whats traditionally paid for by which set of parents......

(wedding favour bags, place setting/favour bags and table numbers from a selection available from evissa weddings)

If your staying true to tradition then the rule should be..

Bride’s side pays for...

* Accommodation of the bride’s attendants
* Bride’s gown and accessories
* Church costs
* Flowers
* Groom’s ring
* Invitations
* Music
* Photography
* Reception
* Transport for bridal part
* Videography
* Wedding planner
* Gifts for brides attendants.

Groom’s side pays for...

* Accommodation for groom’s attendants
* Bride’s engagement ring and wedding ring
* Bride’s bouquet and buttonholes
* Gift for the groom’s attendants
* Honeymoon

* Transport
