Good morning; today I'm going to be giving you a sneak peek from behind the scenes at Mondays photo shoot. The photo shoot was to showcase the new business Ruby and Nelly's; a fabulous vintage crockery hire company specialising in weddings (but also supplying a gorgeous range of stock for other events such as children's parties!)
This shoot taught me a lot. I learnt that it is possible to create stunning results even at short notice (believe it or not this all came together in about four days). I learnt that some of the best shots come from being brave and thinking a little outside of the box. And I confirmed what I already knew; Norfolk is full of some incredibly talented people!
In this blog I'm going to show you some photos which I took on the day and tell you about my amazing suppliers!
The location was a magical garden in North Norfolk which had everything we could have dreamt inside it.
The dress was a Kate-Middleton esk satin and lace number with a high neckline and long, elegant sleeves.

Jillian Fosten
Jillian is an incredible photographer who has recently moved to the UK from California. I absolutely love her style and recommend indulging in some time spent looking at her portfolio. She was lovely to work with and completely understood what I was trying to achieve with the shoot! I cannot wait to see the end results!

Sarah Swain
This wonderful hair and makeup artist saved me this week, when, a day before the photo shoot I was still searching for someone to fill this role. Sarah created gorgeous hair, adorned with daisy's picked from the location, and simple understated makeup for our beautiful bride. Sophie and Smith
This young lady creates some of the most beautiful wedding dresses I've ever seen (her talents don't stop there; she also makes gorgeous garters and prom dresses). I know this is where I will go to get my dress when I get married. You definitely need to go to this website!
